Partner with faculty to integrate instructional technologies, design and deliver professional development, evaluate and pilot emerging educational tools (AI, XR), create multimedia and instructional resources, support multimedia production and accessibility, coordinate Faculty Multimedia Center operations and cross-departmental training initiatives, and assist with special projects and mentoring.

Serve as a SEVIS Designated School Official and Alternate Responsible Officer to process and maintain immigration records (SEVIS/PeopleSoft), advise international students, scholars, and visitors on nonimmigrant status and visa processing (J-1, F-1, H-1B, O-1, TN), coordinate with departments and SEVIS Help Desk, produce compliance reports, and facilitate workshops and admissions support as needed.
