Manage client portfolios, cultivate long-term relationships, collaborate with underwriting and claims, identify cross-sell opportunities, support new business development, and prepare professional proposals and renewals.

Support implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges/universities. Manage project timelines and documentation, assist Project Managers, track renewals and post-implementation initiatives, ensure SOP compliance, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to escalate issues and provide updates.

Lead actuarial support for reinsurance and healthcare clients by developing proformas, evaluating new products, conducting rate and reserve analyses, supporting reinsurer negotiations, monitoring regulatory impacts, and providing ad-hoc actuarial and underwriting analysis across medical and supplemental health products.

Coordinate and implement group benefits with carriers; collect data for quotes and renewals; prepare carrier option spreadsheets and benefit booklets; resolve eligibility, billing, and claim issues; conduct enrollment meetings; liaise with brokers, carriers, vendors, HR, and internal teams; consult employers on benefits strategy.

Manage a mid-market book of business (~$500K+), serve as subject-matter expert on health and welfare benefits, respond to client inquiries, prepare renewals/RFPs, coordinate vendors, develop client deliverables, coach analysts, and drive revenue growth and client expansion.
