Own Leap's end-to-end content strategy and execution for B2B and member audiences. Produce long-form thought leadership, website and direct-response copy, member campaigns, and LinkedIn/social content. Run A/B tests, measure content-driven KPIs, build AI-assisted workflows and GEO/LLM optimization, and steward editorial quality across freelancers to drive pipeline, conversions, and member engagement.

Own the company's operating cadence, accelerate decision-making, lead high-priority cross-functional projects, and manage OKRs to ensure strategic accountability and scalable operations.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting into enterprise employers and senior benefits leaders, qualify leads, map account stakeholders (employers, TPAs, brokers, PBMs), craft tailored messaging, collaborate with RevOps and Sales leadership to build BDR processes, track activity in Salesforce, and consistently create pipeline and meetings.

Drive enterprise sales for employer groups of 5,000+ by building relationships with brokers, TPAs, PBMs and other partners, managing pipeline, presenting proposals, and closing deals to meet quota and grow revenue.

The role involves building and owning data pipelines, maintaining data quality, and creating reporting systems that provide insights to various teams. The candidate will also design AI-ready data infrastructure.
