Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement strategy for high-value capital equipment and facility buildouts. Develop scalable Go-based test automation for high-voltage power electronics and manufacturing lines. Drive end-to-end test software from design to deployment, collaborate with hardware and firmware teams, perform system bring-up and debugging, and travel to facilities for deployments and validation.

Lead control architecture for AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion systems, ensuring performance from concept through production. Mentor engineers and drive system performance analysis, validation, and implementation.

The Firmware Manager will lead the embedded software team, focusing on firmware development for power systems, managing projects and engineers, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple product lines.

The Reliability Engineer will drive reliability for Solid-State Transformers, conduct test plans, analyze data, document risks, and support hardware deployment.

Lead cross-functional manufacturing programs from concept to full production, owning scope, schedule, risk, and quality. Coordinate process development, pilot builds, tooling, validation, supplier readiness, and production ramp. Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations to define requirements, resolve failures, and drive cost and yield improvements. Communicate status to leadership and improve manufacturing program processes and tools.

Lead a team that designs, builds, validates, and operates manufacturing test systems and product validation for high-voltage power electronics (Solid State Transformer). Own test strategy, lab uptime, safety, calibration, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to scale prototype through volume production and improve test automation, coverage, and reliability.

Support AWS cloud deployments and day-to-day operations using Terragrunt/Terraform, manage CI/CD (GitHub Actions), artifact storage (S3/ECR), monitor with CloudWatch/Datadog, troubleshoot services, maintain runbooks, participate in on-call incident response, and automate infrastructure tasks.
