Provides customer service to consumers with delinquent accounts, answers account questions, makes account adjustments, and negotiates and processes payments. Follows company and client policies while working in a fast-paced office environment. The role requires communication, active listening, problem-solving, basic math, typing, computer proficiency, multitasking, and reliable performance. Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
