The IT Business Analyst gathers and translates business requirements into technical solutions, partners with stakeholders and product owners, manages backlogs and roadmaps, and supports project delivery. The role creates requirements and UAT documentation, tracks software development, coordinates production issue resolution, and administers Genesys Cloud contact center capabilities including routing, IVR, queues, reporting, dialers, and workflows. It also identifies process improvements and serves as a subject matter expert across supported products and programs.

Designs, builds, tests, and maintains scalable Ruby on Rails applications, APIs, relational databases, integrations, and automated testing systems. Partners with product managers, project managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical features. Supports application monitoring, performance optimization, on-call production operations, and emerging technology initiatives. The role is hybrid in Philadelphia and supports behavioral healthcare systems.

Ensure quality and readiness of web-based applications by developing test strategies, executing manual and automated tests (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end), managing defects, and supporting UAT and production. Collaborate with product, engineering, and offshore teams in Agile ceremonies, query relational databases to validate results, and promote continuous improvement of QA practices and release readiness.
