Lead a small team of portfolio managers to oversee commercial loan portfolio administration, credit support, monitoring, reporting, process improvements, and coordination with relationship managers and internal partners to ensure sound credit quality and efficient commercial banking operations.

Provide credit analysis and monitoring support to loan officers by preparing credit memorandums, criticized/classified loan memos, and annual loan reviews; verify financial analyses, analyze borrowing bases and financial statements, request title/environmental/appraisal reports, monitor compliance via management reports, and coordinate document collection using Credit Quest and office software.
