Senior Wealth AdvisorJob SummaryThis position ensures the growth and development for the Wealth, Financial Planning, and Financial Advisory aspects of the business line. This individual will partner with business line leaders to develop and execute effective wealth management strategies targeted at acquiring, deepening, and retaining wealth management and banking clients. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewardsJob Functions·Represent Riverview Trust Company by delivering high quality client service in a professional, caring, and competent manner.·Leads the sales growth process by achieving sales goals to promote growth and revenue, as well as and profitability targets for wealth management.·Actively calls and develops high value prospects and clients of the Bank to market trust and investment management services, as well as works with centers of influence to cultivate similar types of business opportunities.·Cultivates relationships with prospects to open fiduciary and investment accounts.·Identifies new prospects through participation in community activities and events.·Provide support (as needed) to the office for revenue growth, including answering inbound prospect calls, managing calendar and email, prepare correspondence, scanning, filing, and other organizational tasks.·Prepare and process forms and account paperwork for new and existing clients.·Obtain, and occasionally notarize client signatures on various forms and account paperwork.·Prepare for client meetings including coordinating attendees and meeting locations, assemble materials, prepare reports, etc.·Perform research and analysis of a somewhat technical nature upon request (with supervision).·Event ideas, planning and management, including manage invitations and RSVP’s, research and coordinate venue, catering, guest speakers, materials, etc.·Coordinate numerous marketing efforts and projects in and between the Trust Company and Riverview Bank.·Assist with account maintenance and management by monitoring and auditing certain reports and client accounts as needed.Additional Duties and Responsibilities:·Assist Private Wealth team with the financial planning process including data entry, basic analysis, report preparation, and research.·Maintains and updates personal knowledge to stay current with trends in estate, retirement and financial-planning topics and strategies.·Project management quarterly newsletter including: coordinate preparation of articles, manage mailing list, monitor deadlines, etc.·Follow all Riverview Trust Company and applicable Riverview Bank policies and procedures.·Other duties and/or special projects as assigned/needed.Typical Experience and Education·5-7 related years of experience interacting with clients daily and with prioritizing workload, meeting deadlines, and managing numerous projects. ·Some knowledge of trust and fiduciary law and trust account procedures desired.·Bachelor’s degree; experience in financial services or a combination of education and experience. CFP preferred.·Relationships·Frequent, typically unsupported, contact with Supervisor, Senior Management and/or branch/department managers in providing information regarding recruitment if they have an open job.·Frequent, typically unsupported, with members of professions with whom we have open jobs. ·Contact as needed with the Supervisor to receive direction and interpretation of existing and new recruiting or HR policies or procedures.
