Designs data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, data products, marketplaces, semantic layers, and AI-ready data assets using platforms including Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAP. Drives data quality, lineage, security, privacy, MDM, self-service analytics, reporting, natural-language querying, training, and organizational adoption. Provides hands-on technical leadership, delivery oversight, prioritization, mentoring, technology evaluation, and value realization across business functions.

Lead and improve order-to-cash systems and processes, supporting SAP S/4HANA OTC modules, integrations (APIs/EDI), and vendor partnerships. Drive KPI-based performance, root-cause analysis, process improvements, compliance (GDP, SOX), issue resolution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for billing, revenue integrity, and new product/system launches.
