The Customer Program Manager acts as the main contact for customers, resolves issues, coordinates with departments, and ensures customer satisfaction through detailed follow-ups and advocacy.

Manage payment device lifecycle: process sales orders, pick/pack/ship, load/configure software, diagnose and repair devices, perform key injections, handle RMAs, maintain secure encryption key custody, and coordinate shipping and outsourcing.

Manage procurement accuracy and efficiency: review sales quotes vs. purchase orders, issue POs, maintain item catalog, process RMAs, and support Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles using Excel, Salesforce, and NetSuite while collaborating with sales, operations, and finance.

Manages project planning, deployment readiness, order execution, scheduling, reporting, risk, and stakeholder communication across sales, operations, field services, logistics, and procurement to ensure successful multi-site rollouts and high customer satisfaction.

Lead large-scale technology deployment and lifecycle projects for enterprise customers, managing planning, scheduling, customer communications, order execution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver multi-site rollouts on time. Maintain project plans, track risks and metrics, drive operational execution across Sales, Logistics, Field Services and ERP/CRM systems, and mentor junior PM staff.
