Develop business plans, financial models, and CAPEX strategies; manage vendors and property managers; conduct site assessments; support leasing, renewals, and space decisions to align facilities with institutional goals.

Provide advanced technical support and systems engineering for campus endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, ChromeOS). Administer Jamf and Apple School Manager, support Intune/KACE, manage Munki and patching, troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, coordinate licensing and print infrastructure, maintain endpoint security/backup (Sophos, CrashPlan), and contribute to roadmap, documentation, and cross-functional planning.
