Senior .NET/Classic ASP developer to support, maintain, and enhance large-scale federal applications. Provide Tier 3 support, develop prototypes, update and refactor legacy code, participate in agile teams, and produce SDLC documentation. Work with Azure, IIS, AD/ADFS/Azure Entra, CI/CD, SQL Server, and SSIS.

Serve as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to maintain system authorization and manage risk. Duties include POA&M management, risk acceptance, annual assessments, contingency testing, ISVM/patch management, audit support, RMF/NIST compliance, SecDevOps integration, configuration management, and coordinating privacy/records compliance. Lead ISSO team and support cloud and Agile/DevOps environments.

Provide advanced engineering support for endpoint solutions, lead application integration frameworks, and implement security controls in a federal healthcare environment.
