Owns global workforce dashboards, reporting products, analytical data models, and executive-ready insights. Integrates HR, finance, IT, recruiting, payroll, and engagement data to analyze workforce trends, retention, costs, performance, and organizational health. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, improve data quality and governance, automate reporting, and translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations while protecting confidential employee information.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements while advising business leaders on transactions, risk, regulatory matters, and global operations.
