Design, develop, and implement software solutions for Digital Banking applications, providing technical leadership and collaborating in the development process.

Lead a centrally‑federated team of Data Stewards and Data Quality Analysts to operationalize data governance. Translate policies into stewardship processes, enforce consistent definitions and quality rules, oversee issue escalation and remediation, embed stewardship into projects, monitor KPIs, and partner with governance, engineering, and business stakeholders to maintain metadata, lineage, and data fitness.

Review, track, and maintain original loan documentation to ensure compliance with bank policies, credit agreements, UCC requirements, and regulatory standards. Validate insurance and lien positions, manage exceptions and tracking system ticklers, maintain collateral records, communicate documentation deficiencies to lending personnel, and support borrower monitoring and related administrative tasks.

Partner with business leaders to assess digital maturity, identify and evaluate emerging fintech and compliance-driven solutions, support vendor due diligence, and manage projects including planning, cost-benefit analysis, RFP development, and requirements gathering to improve operations and customer experience.

Perform financial and collateral analysis, underwrite commercial loans, structure credit facilities, prepare credit memoranda, and document approvals for MidFirst Commercial Banking.

Provide sales, implementation, and client service support for Treasury Management. Assist TMOs with proposals, RFPs, pricing, pipeline management, and product campaigns. Coordinate implementations, client training, billing validation, and follow-ups. Support client service needs alongside Client Support Specialists and Commercial Services to ensure timely resolution and advance sales opportunities.

Manage a portfolio of commercial (C&I and CRE) clients, oversee credit and financial statement analysis, prepare loan requests and monitoring reports, execute account operations, develop new business, and collaborate across Treasury, Trust, and Private Banking to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Process outgoing domestic, international, and foreign currency wires; handle central operations entries, review remote/mobile deposits, monitor correspondent balances, process vendor charges, and prepare regulatory reports while delivering exceptional client service.

Analyze transactional activity, investigate red flags, perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence, monitor high-risk customers, disposition OFAC alerts, complete CTRs, and report suspicious activity (SARs) per AML/BSA requirements.

Provide telephone and email support to commercial clients for banking products (online/mobile banking, ACH, remote deposit, cards, positive pay). Facilitate onboarding, perform account and service maintenance, troubleshoot basic technical issues, follow procedures, meet SLAs, and cross-train on departmental tasks while supporting compliance and process improvement.
