The Global Key Account Manager oversees strategic global accounts, driving sales and profitability while building relationships and developing proposals. This role involves financial planning, team leadership, and negotiating supply contracts to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Support R&D and commercialization of packaging technologies by designing and executing lab and pilot-scale experiments, generating technical data, building prototypes, conducting performance and analytical testing, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance projects from concept through validation.

The Operations Quality Engineer ensures product quality and compliance in manufacturing, manages quality issues, supports new product introductions, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
