Participate in design, testing, validation, scale-up, and commercialization of flexible packaging structures. Conduct lab testing and data analysis, support pilot and production trials, coordinate cross-functional commercialization activities, maintain documentation, and interact with suppliers and customers to optimize manufacturability and product performance.

Lead and develop engineering team for greenfield startup and ongoing operations. Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, capital projects, commissioning, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and reliability engineering to maximize safety, quality, throughput, yield, and OEE.
