Drives profitable revenue growth and customer retention through strategic account planning, consultative selling, opportunity management, and contract oversight. Seeking UT Level II Technicians for NDT inspections in shop environments. Responsibilities include problem solving, quality assurance, and safety promotion. Must possess Level II UT Technician certification and have relevant experience.

Assist certified NDT technicians with field and shop inspections: set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment; prepare work areas; complete documentation; follow safety procedures; travel locally as needed.

Lead and manage on-site inspection activities, ensure compliance with company and client procedures, maintain KPIs and staffing, oversee safety and quality, provide client communication and daily project reporting.
