Lead design-build delivery for industrial and manufacturing projects: manage proposals, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, client relationships, project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and team development across multiple projects (~$15M-$20M annually).

Plan, develop, and execute process engineering tasks for federal industrial and manufacturing projects. Produce PFDs, P&IDs, heat/material balances, equipment sizing, and specifications. Support PHAs/HAZOPs, process improvements, automation integration, construction startup, troubleshooting, and multidisciplinary coordination while mentoring junior engineers.

Plan, develop, and execute process engineering tasks for federal industrial, manufacturing, energy, and advanced-technology projects. Create PFDs/P&IDs, perform mass/energy balances and equipment sizing, prepare specifications, support PHAs/HAZOPs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support construction/commissioning/startup, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring safety, compliance, and process optimization.

Perform mechanical design from project start through construction administration for average-complexity projects. Apply codes, produce HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs, coordinate cross-discipline work, perform QC and peer review, handle RFIs/submittals/site visits, and develop record drawings.

Performs simple, routine electrical engineering tasks for building projects including power distribution, standby generation, lighting design and controls, UPS, telecom, security, fire alarm, and site field documentation. Works under mentor direction, performs self QC, meets with clients, and uses Revit and lighting software to prepare plans, designs, and calculations.

Lead and manage an electrical engineering team designing building electrical systems (healthcare, higher education, commercial, government). Produce designs, calculations, specifications, code research, existing building surveys, QA/QC, construction administration, client contact, and support business development. Work uses Revit and AutoCAD.

Lead multi-discipline MEP design teams, manage client relationships, plan and execute engineering projects, control budgets and hours, coordinate site visits and contractor queries, run internal meetings, and support business development activities.

Design building electrical systems (lighting, power, fire alarm, telecom, security); develop lighting and electrical calculations; produce Revit construction documents; perform QA/QC and code compliance; lead project teams, coordinate with owners/architects and other disciplines; mentor junior engineers and assist in business development.
