Provides general administrative support in a structural and civil engineering office, including tracking project deadlines and assisting with resource allocation. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, communication, prioritization, teamwork, and familiarity with administrative processes and Microsoft Office. The position is hybrid in Dallas or Austin, Texas, or remote, with an expected hourly compensation range of $28.85 to $31.25 plus bonuses and benefits.

Provide program and project support to Navy N9 unaccompanied housing and barracks initiatives, including assessments, policy analysis, Title 10 authority evaluation, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and onsite engagement. Travel is required for customer meetings and project execution.

Leads Salas O’Brien’s internal data and AI product portfolio, including strategy, roadmaps, investment decisions, governance, adoption, and value realization. Manages Data and AI Product Owners, leads cross-functional prioritization, converts ideas into delivery plans, and partners with engineering, architecture, security, privacy, finance, and business leaders. The role measures product adoption, productivity gains, revenue support, and cost avoidance while guiding products through scaling, improvement, or retirement.

Manage client relationships, project delivery, technical quality, schedules, and deliverables while identifying and closing new business. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, coordinate with technical and field teams, support installation workforce hiring and training, enforce safety and quality standards, and travel to customer and project sites.

Administers and improves the Salesforce platform, including user access, configuration, automation, data quality, reporting, testing, releases, governance, and support. Gathers business requirements, translates operational needs into scalable solutions, troubleshoots issues, trains users, maintains documentation, and monitors adoption. Collaborates with developers and stakeholders on integrations, enhancements, deployments, and third-party applications such as Certinia, MuleSoft, Conga, Egnyte, and Concur.

Own and operate an IoT technology lab supporting workplace technology evaluation, prototyping, testing, demonstrations, pilots, and production recommendations. Manage lab operations, assets, budget, vendors, testing standards, and evaluation scorecards. Coordinate with product, engineering, security, network, and workplace teams; lead pilot programs, support executive demonstrations, and produce investment recommendation reports. The role is based near Whippany, New Jersey, with some travel to U.S. sites.
