Provide program and project support to Navy N9 for unaccompanied housing and barracks: planning, assessments, stakeholder coordination, policy analysis, Title 10 recommendations, reporting, and onsite engagement (≈20% travel). Ensure schedules, budgets, and deliverables meet client requirements and prepare executive briefings and presentations.

Lead client engagement and growth by building relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, representing the firm at industry and community events, arranging and leading client meetings, and managing client satisfaction and business development tracking to secure projects and expand the firm's market presence.
