Leads end-to-end product design for complex digital products, translating ambiguous business and technical requirements into scalable user experiences, interaction models, system behaviors, and high-fidelity prototypes. Performs security assessments, vulnerability mitigation, risk management, network traffic analysis, and Computer Network Defense activities. Design, configure, and maintain Teamcenter BMIDE data models, translate Navy engineering and lifecycle requirements into PLM data structures, enforce data standards, produce documentation, support deployments, integrations, testing, and troubleshoot BMIDE/schema issues to enable a unified, scalable NPLM environment.

Lead functional design and solution architecture for Siemens Teamcenter PLM across DoD programs. Translate business processes into scalable Teamcenter configurations, design integrations with enterprise systems, guide implementations, perform testing and migrations, provide demos/training, and evangelize PLM best practices while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

Design, implement, test, and sustain containerized web applications and services for DoD customers. Contribute to backend code (Java/Groovy/Kotlin), manual testing, test plans, and CI/CD and container orchestration improvements.
