Seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience in federal and state securities laws, focusing on reporting obligations and SEC filings. Responsibilities include drafting reports and advising on corporate governance.

The Public Finance Associate will represent clients in debt securities, structure finance transactions, draft legal documents, and manage multiple cases. Requires strong legal drafting and communication skills.

The Public Finance Associate will structure and execute finance transactions, drafting legal documents related to public and project finance, and interact with clients and market participants.

Represent clients in complex commercial and consumer products litigation, including product liability, mass torts, MDLs, class actions, discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial preparation. Work primarily in New Jersey state courts with collaborative firm teams. Must have strong academics, independent drive, and NJ bar admission; NY bar and federal court experience preferred.

Manage day-to-day and strategic administrative functions across HR, operations, facilities, administrative support, and office financials. Supervise and develop staff, oversee recruiting and onboarding, administer timekeeping and budgets, manage vendor and facilities relationships, process invoices, plan office events, and serve as operational liaison and advisor to leadership to ensure smooth office operations.

Handle all phases of complex product liability and mass tort litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, client strategy, and courtroom advocacy. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced AmLaw environment developing case strategy and managing multifaceted matters. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Provide general office services and event support including IT troubleshooting, processing invoices/expenses in Emburse, receptionist coverage, inventory and vendor management, conference room setup/breakdown, mailings and document preparation, maintenance coordination, closing duties, and occasional after-hours work. Maintain personnel lists, assist with onboarding space preparation, and perform other administrative tasks.

Support litigation practice in California courts, assist with documents, manage deadlines, conduct legal research, and collaborate with teams.
