Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through claims administration, including drafting settlement documents, overseeing claims review teams, resolving disputes and appeals, analyzing claims data, and ensuring compliant settlement implementation and fund governance.

Support all litigation phases including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and disputes (D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/BI). Advise clients on recovery strategy, analyze policies and endorsements, draft pleadings and memoranda, coordinate with insurers/brokers/defense counsel, and support all litigation phases including discovery and trial preparation.

Process semi-monthly salary and bi-weekly hourly payroll in Dayforce, handle payroll inquiries, maintain payroll reports and funding for HSA/FSA/transit, perform monthly accounting tasks, support process improvements, cross-train, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with payroll laws.

Provide Japanese-English immigration paralegal support for business visa and green card cases: prepare and review USCIS and consular filings, communicate with clients and attorneys, manage case dockets, review Japanese documents, and stay current on immigration developments.

Support Client Growth Managers by executing business development and marketing initiatives for assigned practice groups. Conduct research, prepare pitches and RFP responses, manage legal experience collection, coordinate events and thought leadership, track ROI and budgets, and collaborate with communications, PR, events, and design teams to drive new business and cross-selling opportunities.
