Partner with in-house legal teams to drive adoption of Legora's AI-native platform: consult with GCs and legal ops, run pilots and onboarding, deliver demos and training, inform product roadmap with user insights, and develop scalable playbooks to modernize contract, compliance, and matter workflows.

As Lead Legal Engineer, lead complex client engagements, manage a team, deliver implementations, build relationships with clients, and shape onboarding frameworks.

Build and operate an automated GRC platform: pipelines that collect evidence across cloud, IdP, HRIS, source control and CI/CD; implement a unified controls library; produce audit-ready evidence for AI certifications; translate policies into enforceable CI/CD checks and continuous monitoring; instrument control effectiveness; design agentic workflows for evidence analysis and audit response with human-in-the-loop.

Serve as the final technical authority for platform escalations: diagnose root causes using logs and system analysis, validate platform behavior pre-release, detect systemic incidents, drive technical resolution for Sev1/Sev2 events, and build diagnostic tooling and automation while mentoring the support function.

Own and build Legora’s company-wide business operations engine during hyper-growth. Lead the operating model, planning and OKR cadence, metric tree, MBR/QBR reviews, decision-rights framework, cross-functional alignment, internal communications, and business systems governance. Translate analytics into investment cases, partner with executives and Finance, and build the Business Operations team while establishing scalable operational processes across global locations.
