Lead Legora's SaaS and AI portfolio governance: maintain a single inventory, detect and remediate shadow IT/AI, manage renewals and FinOps, build automation (LLM/agent/iPaaS) for discovery and reclamation, enforce AI vendor terms with Security/Legal, onboard apps to SSO/SCIM, and report utilization, savings, and compliance to leadership.

Lead pricing and packaging strategy for Legora's AI-native legal platform across in-house and law firm segments. Design packaging architecture, define monetization for new products, run willingness-to-pay and buyer research, conduct competitive pricing analysis, and enable sales with pricing guidance and deal tools. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product to implement pricing changes and support strategic deals.

Lead and coach a team of ~5 SMB Account Executives to hit aggregate quota. Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue delivery; mentor reps through complex deals; optimize processes with Sales Ops and Marketing; recruit and ramp talent while tracking metrics like quota attainment, pipeline velocity, forecast variance, and retention.

Lead SEO and AEO strategy: maintain technical SEO health, run audits, improve crawlability and on-page content, and define answer-engine optimization across LLM-driven surfaces. Track AI and organic visibility, build reporting and content roadmaps, and partner with web development, content, product marketing, and PR to drive citation-worthy content for both search and AI answers.

Own and scale multi-channel paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, podcasts, newsletters) with an ABM focus. Use AI tools to speed creative/testing, align with sales/BDR for account targeting, run A/B tests, monitor CAC/ROAS and pipeline contribution, manage budgets, and report on channel attribution and performance.

Own and optimize the marketing operations stack: campaign hierarchy, martech integrations, lead scoring/routing, analytics, budget management, and regional reporting. Partner with RevOps and Data Analytics to ensure clean data, fast lead handoffs, and campaign-level visibility to drive pipeline.

Produce and publish internal communications across Slack and Notion, maintain templates and style consistency, capture and edit visual content, manage content calendar and templates, support All-Hands and Town Halls, track engagement, coordinate contributors, and proofread content to ensure clarity and on-brand messaging.
