Design, build, and deliver AI-enabled, cloud-native full-stack solutions for Lending platforms. Lead components, implement APIs, CI/CD, observability, and AI patterns (Prompt Engineering, RAG). Mentor engineers, collaborate with architects and business partners, ensure security/compliance, and produce operational documentation and production-ready code.

Underwrite, structure, and onboard blockchain and digital asset deposit accounts; monitor portfolio and sector risks; interface with clients and relationship managers; gather and analyze credit information; coordinate loan processing and ensure compliance with bank policies and federal/state regulations.

Provide high-level administrative support to bank executives: manage calendars, travel, meetings, events, communications, reports, vendor/facilities oversight, onboarding, inventory, and special projects. May lead a team and handle confidential matters while improving executive efficiency.

Support and administer commercial banking sales applications, assist with user access, issue tracking, and configuration. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, perform data reconciliation and quality checks. Provide project administration for sales initiatives, track milestones, risks, status updates, and coordinate stakeholders. Document workflows, requirements, and change requests while building analytics and project coordination skills under senior guidance.

Participation in an 18-month innovation leadership development track within Corporate Strategy & Planning. Analyze market, investor, and peer trends; build executive-level strategic materials; support enterprise initiatives and process improvements; present recommendations to senior leaders; and help implement approved enhancements to drive strategic direction and operational excellence.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of deposit and liquidity-related products, driving strategy, roadmaps, business cases, cross-functional delivery, product optimization, risk/compliance alignment, market research, pricing, and team leadership to deliver profitable growth and scalable solutions.

Develop and grow Treasury Management business by qualifying prospects, designing customer-centric treasury solutions, supporting the sales cycle, and partnering with Relationship Managers. Maintain product and industry knowledge, prepare portfolio and performance reporting, create marketing and sales materials, and provide internal and external training. Occasional travel required.
