Manages complex commercial and special-assets loan portfolios by analyzing, structuring, underwriting, and coordinating loan closings. Leads the design, implementation, reliability, security, and governance of enterprise data platforms across Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Responsibilities include platform provisioning and automation, monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, access management, capacity and cost optimization, compliance, documentation, and operational enablement. The role partners with architects, data engineers, governance teams, and stakeholders while leading technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Processes electronic and paper-based receivables, including sorting mail, extracting payments, scanning deposits, entering remittance data, quality control, balancing, and reconciliation. Supports IT governance, risk, and control programs as a first-line risk professional. The role assesses control effectiveness, maintains risk and control documentation, coordinates with stakeholders, tracks remediation, develops KRIs and KPIs, monitors policy and regulatory adherence, and prepares risk dashboards and reports for leadership and governance forums.

Leads business analysis for digital asset banking initiatives, translating objectives into requirements, process flows, user stories, testing plans, and operational readiness activities. Partners with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and vendors on digital wallets, stablecoins, custody, tokenization, APIs, and payment integrations. Coordinates testing, defect resolution, process improvement, governance, regulatory alignment, and implementation across the product lifecycle.

Oversee second-line compliance risk management for residential mortgage lending. Provide regulatory guidance, conduct compliance assessments, support issue management and regulatory change initiatives, review policies and controls, and evaluate alignment with federal and state mortgage regulations. Collaborate across defense lines and business functions, communicate risk assessment results, review vendors and documents, and potentially lead, coach, and develop compliance staff.

Supports accounting and financial reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, financial statement schedules, regulatory and SEC reporting, legal entity accounting, revenue recognition, and transaction analysis. The role assists with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes, ensures SOX and regulatory compliance, and interfaces with management, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
