Supports IT/OT infrastructure for 24/7/365 real-time transmission operations facilities. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware, operating systems, firmware, and software; troubleshooting networks; managing backups, user access, and tickets; maintaining change records; supporting SCADA/EMS control-center technologies; monitoring environmental systems; and resolving infrastructure issues.
