Serve as a Talent Business Partner to drive enterprise talent strategy, leading performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. Design and deliver development programs, assessments, and coaching; partner with HR analytics on dashboards/metrics; advise leaders on talent gaps and development plans; manage multiple priorities and vendor relationships to build leadership capability and measure program impact.

Design, administer, and improve compensation programs (salary structures, incentives, job architecture); advise HR and business leaders on job evaluations, market pricing, offers, promotions; lead annual compensation planning and equity administration; conduct market pricing and pay equity analyses; maintain governance and career frameworks; drive process and system improvements and serve as Workday compensation subject matter expert.

Support construction accounts payable by processing and auditing contractor/vendor invoices, maintaining purchase orders and project cost records, resolving billing discrepancies, serving as vendor contact, and assisting with reporting, file organization, and process improvements.

Perform risk and claims analytics, combine data sources, build dashboards and reports (PowerBI/Excel/RMIS), support insurance renewals/audits, coordinate with actuaries and carriers, produce forecasts and KPIs to mitigate enterprise risk.

Maintain insurance compliance with landlords, vendors, and third parties; manage certificates of insurance; support claims administration and invoice coding; coordinate with AP/AR, finance, and operational teams; capture property/COPE data; provide general risk management administrative support and process improvement suggestions.

Provide administrative and claims support for the Risk Management team: triage calls/emails/mail, collect business documents, pull video, maintain logs and reports, assist with filing and departmental tasks, and support cost-mitigation and claims-resolution efforts while delivering timely customer service.

Lead supplier sourcing and e-sourcing efforts to secure cost savings and diversify suppliers. Manage RFI/RFP auctions, negotiate with suppliers, analyze commodity markets and SKU cost structures, and collaborate with merchandising and supply chain to ensure quality, cost, and specification alignment.

Support and administer Workday Recruiting and related HR systems, maintain dashboards and data integrity, troubleshoot and provide end-user support, partner with TA/HRIS/IT on integrations and enhancements, document processes, assist with testing, and drive recruiting process improvements and compliance.

Design and produce consumer packaging, artwork, templates, and brand assets from concept to production. Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, QA, and vendors to ensure technical compliance, quality, and on-schedule delivery. Maintain brand standards, manage project trackers, review proofs, and mentor junior designers while driving packaging innovation and process improvements.

Analyze syndicated and customer research data to identify assortment and white-space opportunities that drive traffic and sales. Create standardized reports, support merchant decision-making, prepare senior-leader presentations, assist customer research and training, and recommend process improvements to increase analytics efficiency.
