Partners with merchandising, inventory, finance, marketing, sales, and operations leaders to optimize sales, margin, inventory productivity, and category growth. Builds talent, improves planning processes, advances analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, and influences strategic decisions across a complex matrixed organization.

Develops spatial, quantitative, forecasting, and predictive analytics supporting Dollar Tree’s real estate planning, site selection, market optimization, and store network strategy. Responsibilities include sales forecasting, cannibalization analysis, GIS and demographic data integration, predictive modeling, dashboard development, workflow automation, and executive reporting. Partners with Real Estate, Finance, Operations, GIS, and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve store placement and network performance.

Partners with regional and store operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Leads talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, coaching, and performance management. Analyzes workforce metrics to improve retention, engagement, staffing, and organizational effectiveness. Advises leaders on employment laws, policies, investigations, corrective action, and organizational change while driving HR process improvements across multi-unit retail regions.

Leads allocation and replenishment strategy, merchandise flow, inventory balance, forecasting, and service-level performance across distribution centers and stores. Manages an inventory management manager and analysts, develops seasonal allocation plans with merchandising teams, resolves inventory issues, and oversees JDA and Relex systems. Responsibilities include team development, cross-functional strategic initiatives, analysis, process improvement, and maintaining accurate, timely inventory movement throughout the retail network.

Processes and audits contractor and vendor invoices, resolves billing discrepancies, maintains purchase orders, supports construction cost tracking and financial reporting, and responds to vendor payment inquiries. The role also organizes project documentation, assists with period-end reporting, and supports process improvements. Strong attention to detail, accounting knowledge, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Investigates sensitive HR and associate relations matters, conducts interviews, analyzes case data, adjudicates findings, recommends corrective action, and documents investigations. The role manages cases independently, advises business partners and leadership, identifies trends, collaborates with Legal, and supports revisions to HR policies and programs. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, conflict-resolution, and multitasking abilities are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lawson ERP, and Workday.

Leads financial planning and operational analytics for the Real Estate division, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, executive reporting, financial modeling, and cost-saving initiatives. Partners with department leaders on capital and operating expenses, strategic programs, risk controls, and process improvements. Supervises FP&A activities and supports enterprise-wide real estate, construction, and facilities initiatives.

Provides on-site technical support and infrastructure administration for a distribution center, including desktops, servers, networking, telecommunications, RF and mobile devices, printers, and user accounts. Troubleshoots incidents through ServiceNow, maintains equipment inventories, manages computer room access and supplies, coordinates vendor repairs, performs preventative maintenance, trains users, and supports infrastructure projects. The role requires independent work, occasional evening and weekend coverage, physical equipment handling, and collaboration with regional IT teams.
