Manages merchandise allocation and replenishment across distribution centers and stores. Develops inventory deployment plans, splits purchase orders, analyzes sales and seasonal performance, maintains inventory balance, and makes recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and service levels. Collaborates with merchants, assortment planners, financial planners, and other departments to execute category strategies and resolve store inventory issues.

Oversees payroll processing, tax, compliance, controls, audits, Workday Payroll and timekeeping systems, vendors, budgets, and transformation initiatives. Advises leaders on employment laws, policies, investigations, corrective action, and organizational change while driving HR process improvements across multi-unit retail regions.
