Provide client-facing support for personal lines insurance: maintain client files, assist Account Managers with quotes, endorsements, billing, ID cards, and customer inquiries; prepare for licensing and participate in training while following regulations and company procedures.

Provide day-to-day service for commercial lines clients by processing certificates, endorsements, policy changes, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements; enter client activity into systems; build carrier and client relationships; support renewals, quote comparisons, and remarketing; progressively co-manage a book of business while participating in training and professional development.

Manage and service small business commercial insurance accounts as primary client contact. Advise on coverage, assist with claims, billing, and carrier changes, maintain task lists and carrier relationships, enter activity in company systems, collect receivables, and stay current on regulatory and industry trends.

Serve as primary client contact for personal lines insurance: maintain active P&C license, manage policies and client files, process changes, support renewals and cancellations, work with carriers and Risk Advisors to analyze markets and prepare quotes, respond to client inquiries same business day, maintain documentation in agency systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Provide claims support for personal insurance accounts: take and enter new claims, submit to carriers, follow up on status, process acknowledgments/payments/closures, collaborate with advisors, scan and track documentation, and assist on larger claims while developing toward Claims Administrator.

Support personal-lines claim servicing by taking claim calls, submitting claims to carriers, entering acknowledgments/payments/closures, scanning mail, and following up with clients and carriers. Coordinate with Risk Advisors and senior claim staff, manage workflow/priorities, pursue professional development and insurance licensing, and assist on larger accounts and miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Support Commercial Lines account management by processing service requests, certificates, endorsements, policy changes, audits, and renewals. Build client and carrier relationships, maintain accurate records in company systems, assist in quote and proposal preparation, and progressively co-manage a book of business while completing agency training.

Market and place new commercial insurance business by working with Risk Advisors and carrier partners. Validate applications, obtain quotes, bind coverage, transition accounts to servicing teams, meet deadlines, mentor new team members, and maintain regulatory compliance and professional development.
