The Machining Process Engineer optimizes CNC machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance. They develop technical documentation, maintain standards, and support product introduction projects while ensuring quality and collaboration across teams.

Provide primary administrative support to the CEO (calendar, travel, correspondence, meeting prep), support President and VP as needed, prepare documents and presentations, track action items, assist with events and projects, and perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks. Maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally, and use Microsoft Office and AI tools to improve productivity.

Manage engineering projects for customer contracts including contract review, drawings, engineering releases, change orders, BOMs, routing, work instructions, tooling design, vendor/customer coordination, cost estimates, and status reporting while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
