Manage high-volume contract workflows in Ironclad and Deltek/Vantagepoint: perform document and metadata QA/QC, coordinate sign-offs, ensure audit-ready repositories, validate commercial terms and financial alignment, support audits and M&A integration, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain contract governance and compliance.

Prepare cost and revenue projections, lead project teams, coordinate regulatory agencies, negotiate claims, and ensure projects meet client standards and timelines.

Lead project controls for large, multi-phase life sciences construction projects including capital planning, cost and schedule control, risk management, QA/QC, team leadership, business development, ERP and project information system use, and client account management.
