Develop and implement data pipelines and processing manuals for clinical, behavioral, genetic, neuroimaging, and video data. Clean, deidentify, and prepare datasets for sharing and public hosting, advise on analyses (R/Python/Matlab), produce analysis reports for publications, and train staff and students on data stewardship and best practices.

Lead enrollment marketing strategy and execution for undergraduate and graduate programs. Provide front-desk and student-support duties for the Professional Golf Management office: greet visitors, collect contact information, create and monitor a new student mentor program, represent the student society to PGM faculty, organize social events for new students, and perform other assigned tasks. Lead enrollment marketing for assigned graduate programs by developing data-driven campaign strategies, audience personas, and messaging. Manage nurture and yield journeys across email, paid digital, and retargeting; set KPIs and measurement frameworks; run A/B tests; coordinate content creation and vendor briefs; and report on inquiry-to-application, yield, and cost-per-enrolled-student.

Provide career coaching and programs for graduate and international students, advise on CPT/OPT and work authorization, cultivate employer partnerships, plan career fairs and events, collect and analyze outcomes data, maintain student records, and teach IST 495 for World Campus learners. Support undergraduates as needed.

Design, implement, and evaluate research-based leadership development programs for youth and adults. Manage logistics, curriculum, events, volunteers, partnerships, grant funding, communications, and participant data. Collaborate with statewide teams, represent Extension externally, and support outreach with occasional travel and nonstandard hours.
