Lead and grow Penn State Alumni Associations alumni career services by developing strategy, programs, partnerships, and metrics. Manage staff and budget, expand mentoring and coaching, integrate technology and AI-enabled tools, increase alumni participation, and coordinate with campus units and volunteers to scale career development across the student-to-alumni lifecycle.

Administer, review, and negotiate government-sponsored research awards and subcontracts; manage post-award administration and compliance with ARL, University, and federal policies; prepare and process financial and non-financial agreements; advise faculty and staff on grant and contract management; review budgets and support invoicing and reporting for sponsored programs.

Lead operations and growth of the Nittany AI Alliance: supervise staff, design and manage experiential AI learning programs, develop faculty affiliates, coordinate partners, assess program outcomes, support faculty grants, manage budgeting/planning, and expand student engagement across disciplines.

Collaborate with faculty to design, develop, and revise inclusive, accessible learning experiences across modalities. Apply learning science and emerging instructional technologies (including AI and digital badging), create instructional media, design assessments, support course improvements, and provide faculty development and program support for college initiatives.
