Frontline fundraiser responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gift prospects for Penn State Dickinson Law. Develops written proposals, executes solicitation strategies, builds high-net-worth relationships, collaborates with campus leadership and central development offices, and meets aggressive fundraising metrics. Role requires extensive travel and frequent outreach to alumni and donors.

Design, simulate, and prototype resilient communications and signal-processing systems. Develop and evaluate PHY protocols, waveforms, and algorithms; perform system-level analysis and field tests using SDRs; document and present results; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and sponsors. Higher-level roles lead tasks, conduct feasibility studies, and mentor junior staff.

Develop and integrate complex engineering systems through systems engineering activities: define control/data architectures, design electrical circuits, software, and firmware, collaborate with stakeholders and senior engineers, and perform testing including hardware-in-the-loop. Mentor junior staff and manage budgets at higher levels. On-site in State College, PA.

Design and develop AR/VR/XR visualization applications and APIs using game engines. Integrate 3D and geospatial data, deploy to VR/AR hardware, perform systems engineering, brief sponsors, write documentation and proposals. Lead prototyping and manage projects, relationships, and immersive interaction standards for higher-level roles.

Design, develop, prototype, test, and evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems for defense sponsors. Lead modeling, lab and field testing, systems engineering, and integration of sensors/embedded systems. Produce technical reports, briefings, and transition prototypes to operational use while ensuring compliance with security, export control, and quality requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support classified and CUI work.

Support project financials, scheduling, risk tracking, procurement, data/archive management, and cross-team coordination for engineering research projects. Facilitate meetings, maintain work breakdowns and vendor/order records, and help resolve roadblocks while growing project management responsibilities.

Provide administrative and prospect-management support to the Senior Director of Development: maintain donor and prospect records in CRM and Advance Web (AWA), prepare reports and meeting materials, support travel logistics, track memberships and goals, liaise with Prospect Management and Analytics, and use prospect research tools to identify and engage donors.

Provide administrative and operational support for gift acceptance and planned giving, including estate and trust administration, processing and tracking gift documentation, maintaining donor records, supporting audits and reconciliations, coordinating donor communications and acknowledgments, and assisting with databases, reporting tools, and process improvements to ensure compliance with institutional policies and donor intent.

Provide executive-level administrative support for the Four Diamonds team including calendar and travel management, expense reconciliation, budget and financial processing, communications and correspondence, advisory board and event coordination, donor/prospect database entry and research, and special project support to enable fundraising and development activities.

Design and implement secure automation for development, testing, and production environments; manage CI/CD pipelines; optimize systems; present technical briefings; coordinate with sponsors and team members to identify risks, issues, requirements, and deliver project-level solutions.
