Leads end-to-end electronics development for camera-based consumer products using SoC/FPGA systems and image sensors. Maintain schedules, complete reporting and warranty documentation, represent the company professionally, and travel frequently within the territory and to corporate meetings.

Provide B2C support via inbound calls, email, and chat for order status, product inquiries, warranties, returns, and general assistance. Proactively engage customers to drive loyalty and lifetime value, meet SLAs and daily KPIs, support outbound campaigns and occasional wholesale inquiries, maintain product and promotion knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets and delight customers.

Lead global logistics operations including transportation, 3PL warehousing, customs compliance, carrier and supplier negotiations, budgeting, performance analytics, and continuous improvement. Manage and mentor a global logistics team, develop strategy, select partners, and present performance and cost analyses to senior leadership.
