Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and pipeline generation through discovery, negotiation, contracting, and close. Build relationships with healthcare and technology stakeholders, manage complex and lengthy buying cycles, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, communicate clinical and financial value, and partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. The role requires quota achievement, strong hunting, discovery, negotiation, contracting, communication, and responsiveness. Experience with SaaS, value-based care, or risk adjustment technology is beneficial.

Own client data workflows from intake through validated delivery. Ingest, clean, transform, and validate healthcare datasets using Python and SQL; build automation scripts; troubleshoot pipelines with Engineering; ensure HIPAA-compliant, accurate outputs; package results with clinical context; track client metrics; and improve delivery playbooks and documentation.
