Leads the architecture, integration, development, testing, and deployment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure systems for utility Meter-to-Cash processes. Establishes technology standards, develops data strategies using Azure, Databricks, and data lakes, gathers requirements, approves solution designs, manages risks and changes, and supports project leadership. Acts as a utility IT/OT subject matter expert while ensuring compliance with architecture standards. The role requires extensive collaboration with business and IT teams and travel to client sites across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Lead and manage a state Rural Health Transformation Program including grant management, stakeholder coordination, team supervision, monitoring timelines/budgets, risk mitigation, audit-readiness, and program evaluation using data analysis and basic statistical methods to inform decision-making and reporting.

Must reside in Vermont and travel as needed.
