The Process Engineer designs and optimizes manufacturing processes for fiber-sensor products, enhances efficiency, troubleshoots issues and trains staff.

Design and run experiments to develop and improve optical fiber technologies and measurement systems. Build and troubleshoot lab test setups, analyze data, document results, develop automation/software tools for data acquisition and control, support manufacturing process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining safe, organized lab practices.

The Engineer/Scientist will lead the development of Hollow Core Fiber manufacturing, optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on projects.
