Establish governance councils, data ownership models, standards, stewardship processes, quality controls, and enterprise master data frameworks. Govern product, material, customer, vendor, BOM, routing, and manufacturing data while integrating ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, and analytics platforms. Advise senior leadership, lead global transformation initiatives, develop data quality metrics, drive stakeholder adoption, and manage approximately 35% international and domestic travel.

The Project Controller serves as the financial partner for large-scale capital projects, managing budgets, forecasts, cash flow, cost variances, change orders, earned value metrics, contracts, contingencies, audits, executive reporting, and financial risk registers. The role translates engineering and construction progress into financial forecasts and controls, including EAC and ETC calculations, while supporting governance and challenging project leaders on spending deviations.

Develops and maintains schedules for manufacturing capital projects from concept through closeout. Coordinates engineering, procurement, contractors, maintenance, operations, shutdowns, equipment availability, material deliveries, and commissioning. Tracks progress, analyzes critical paths, risks, delays, resource constraints, and schedule variances, and recommends recovery plans. Prepares milestone reports, look-ahead plans, S-curves, and leadership updates while coordinating multiple concurrent projects in an active manufacturing environment.

Lead launch and ramp-up of an OVD optical fiber overcladding production line. Support construction/commissioning, specify and source equipment, test and validate processes, monitor OVD deposition and sintering furnace performance, analyze process data, implement continuous improvement projects to meet quality, output, and yield KPIs, troubleshoot equipment, and produce SOPs and documentation.

Serve as first-line customer contact handling quotations, RFIs, orders, returns, complaints, and order status. Provide accurate product, lead time, shipping information; communicate with internal teams; follow policies and procedures while supporting Sales, Production Control, Shipping, Accounting, and Engineering.
