As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product vision, execution, and technology solutions, managing product roadmaps and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing network operations, leading product strategies, and mentoring team members.

Role involves physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Coordinate site leadership and contract carriers to ensure timely home deliveries. Monitor deliveries and VOC reports, build efficient routes, dispatch carriers, resolve issues, manage inventory and customer satisfaction, and coach dispatch and warehouse staff. Travel to multiple sites as needed.

Provide logistics support including order entry, routing and dispatching, traffic coordination, monitoring pickups/deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, investigating shipment issues, and tracking shipments for on-time delivery.

Supervise Last Mile Operations by assigning tasks, instructing associates, ensuring safety, managing inventory, and resolving performance issues.
