Customer operations representative role supporting RXO's transportation solutions. Hourly position with potential bonus/commission. Performs internal audit testing, risk analysis, audit planning, compliance monitoring, and continuous monitoring through data analysis. Documents audit work, identifies control exceptions and root causes, recommends improvements, and communicates findings to internal and external auditors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, at least one year of auditing experience, and a CPA, CIA, or CISA certification or progress toward one.

Provide logistics support including order entry into the TMS, routing and dispatching, traffic coordination, monitoring pickups/deliveries, communicating status to account managers/customers, investigating shipment issues, and scheduling delivery appointments.

Manage relationships for top intermodal and drayage clients, oversee end-to-end shipment execution, negotiate rates and capacity, collaborate with operations and carriers, maintain tracking and billing accuracy, and expand accounts through strategic solutions.

Supervise last-mile operations by assigning and monitoring associate work, enforcing safety and maintenance procedures, managing inventory and supplies, resolving performance issues, and driving productivity and housekeeping standards in a logistics environment.

Prepare and reconcile SEC and other external financial statements and disclosures (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K). Collect and analyze HFM data, prepare non-GAAP reconciliations, support earnings releases and investor communications, monitor accounting pronouncements, and maintain controls over external reporting.

Provides logistics support by entering customer loads, coordinating routing and dispatch, monitoring pickups and deliveries, communicating shipment status, validating load data, investigating discrepancies or damages, scheduling delivery appointments, and directing drivers. Requires at least one year of logistics experience and supports transportation operations across customers, receivers, drivers, and account managers.

Manages relationships with RXO’s key clients, serving as their primary contact and advocate. Responsibilities include expanding customer accounts, developing repeatable sales, negotiating rates and terms, identifying carriers, procuring specialized equipment, maintaining shipment integrity, updating sales and volume tracking systems, and monitoring billing accuracy. The role requires collaboration, transportation industry knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Generates and develops leads through research and cold calling, negotiates customer rates, secures sales and freight volume, maintains customer relationships, coordinates carriers and equipment, ensures shipment compliance, updates tracking systems, and verifies billing and invoicing accuracy.

Generate new sales revenue and identify business opportunities across North America through prospecting, heavy cold calling, account nurturing, quoting, negotiating pricing and services, and maintaining CRM/operating system data.
