Support branch key accounts by entering and tracking loads in the TMS, scheduling pickups/deliveries, communicating shipment status to customers, resolving shipment and billing issues, preparing loads for accounting, and monitoring reports and performance metrics.

Lead and implement EDI customer integrations: troubleshoot EDI errors, write requirements, coordinate development and testing, participate in architecture reviews, support trading partner mappings, and train internal teams.

Identify and develop leads (cold calls and research), negotiate rates, secure load volume, maintain customer relationships, update internal systems, ensure shipment integrity, and track billing and invoicing to support revenue growth.
