Sell RXO transportation services across North America by prospecting and closing new business, managing and growing accounts, creating quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and service terms, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

Supervise last-mile operations team to maximize productivity, enforce safety and equipment procedures, manage inventory and supplies, and resolve performance or operational issues. Assign tasks, train associates, and ensure housekeeping and merchandise reconciliation. Lift up to 50 lbs.

Manage carrier relationships and execute strategic bids to secure capacity and meet account ILA/GM targets. Collaborate with pricing and customer teams, analyze cost/capacity data, set routing guide ranks, and represent RXO in customer and carrier meetings to ensure service continuity and profitable outcomes.

Support branch sales and customers by entering and tracking loads in the TMS, scheduling pickups/deliveries, resolving shipment issues, preparing loads for accounting, and maintaining reporting to ensure positive customer experiences.
