Lead and scale Sola’s sales and account management organization from seven to approximately 20 people. Build hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, forecasting, compensation, CRM workflows, dashboards, and automation. Develop agency relationships, improve policy production and retention, own sales forecasting, establish outbound channels, and partner with leadership and Marketing to drive hypergrowth.

Build and lead a unified claims operation for parametric wind and hail insurance and a new homeowners product. Own the full claims lifecycle, TPA selection and oversight, internal FNOL, CAT response, reserving, claims technology, vendor management, regulatory responses, and performance metrics. Partner with underwriting, product, legal, carriers, and reinsurers while developing workflows, staffing, QA, and migration plans in a startup environment.
