Support PERGOLUX’s Germany-wide showroom expansion by researching markets and locations, speaking with brokers and operators, building commercial business cases, creating decision scorecards, and developing dashboards, automations, workflows, and AI-enabled tools. The intern will analyze early showroom results, capture lessons, and help create a scalable expansion playbook. The role combines research, commercial analysis, relationship-building, process design, and hands-on execution in German and English, with travel across Germany.

Own the global commercial performance and growth strategy for PERGOLUX’s tailormade pergola category. Drive revenue, conversion, contribution margin, pricing, product presentation, UX, promotions, bundles, upsells, and channel experiments across international Shopify markets. Use funnel analytics and customer insights to remove commercial bottlenecks, inform product development, and enable local sales teams through playbooks, training, objection handling, and pricing guidance.

Own end-to-end UX and UI design for global e-commerce customer journeys, from discovery and problem framing through prototyping, validation, and handoff. Lead a mobile-first website redesign, improve product education and conversion, use research, analytics, and usability testing to guide decisions, and build a lightweight design system. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, and commercial teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
