Leads federal, state, and international tax compliance, including returns, estimated payments, information filings, and tax calendar management. Supports ASC 740 income tax provisions, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, reconciliations, tax research, and financial statement disclosures. Partners with finance, accounting, legal, and operations teams, provides tax guidance, analyzes regulatory impacts, and implements process improvements. Requires strong corporate tax knowledge, international reporting experience, tax software expertise, and advanced Excel skills.

The role supports creative applications, remote and in-studio production infrastructure, storage, networking, hardware, software, and third-party integrations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, workflow optimization, documentation, inventory management, system architecture support, and translating technical guidance for nontechnical staff in a fast-paced post-production environment.

Designs, deploys, administers, and troubleshoots Linux, macOS, Windows, virtualization, server, storage, networking, and SDI infrastructure across a multi-site post-production environment. Supports projectors, mastering monitors, color suites, DaVinci Resolve workflows, streaming, and remote review. The role also develops documentation, resolves escalated technical issues, integrates hardware and software solutions, supports users and stakeholders, and participates in after-hours on-call coverage.

Manage US HR administration including employee records, HR transactions, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, reporting, and HR help desk. Oversee and mentor HR Administration team, improve processes, support audits and internal controls, partner with HRIS and stakeholders (Payroll, IT, Finance), and administer compensation analysis and special HR projects.

Support colorists in supervised client sessions and maintain color grading workflows from ingest to final delivery. Prep projects, manage displays/audio/technical setup, render deliverables to spec, track versions, update project repositories, and communicate with Producers and Production Coordinators. Provide troubleshooting, weekend on-call coverage, and adapt to evolving post-production tools and processes.

Lead architecture, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft-centric infrastructure (Azure AD/Entra ID, O365/M365, Windows Server). Automate with PowerShell, manage virtualization (Proxmox/VMware/KVM), hybrid identity/federation, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, and supporting services. Support datacenter operations, produce documentation and operational reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in on-call rotations.
