Provides administrative, donor-support, event, research, and analytical assistance to the Philanthropic Leadership Group. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid, event-driven environment.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows using Python, PySpark, and SQL. Improve data quality, reliability, architecture, and governance while supporting analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. Partner with fundraising, marketing, analytics, and leadership teams to support data-driven decisions. The role requires advanced SQL, strong data visualization, fundraising or financial analytics experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Creates print and digital graphics for advertising, fundraising, marketing, communications, editorial, web, email, and social media. Collaborates with marketing, communications, fundraising, purchasing, and project management teams to deliver brand-aligned work on schedule and within budget. Maintains project records, prepares print-ready files, manages pre-press specifications, supports high-volume assignments, and provides progress updates to creative leadership.

Lead development of a unified financial measurement and impact framework linking grants, program outcomes, and strategy. Oversee impact evaluations, translate findings into actionable insights, implement automated Salesforce-integrated financial dashboards, improve data collection, set measurable goals, and collaborate across planning, operations, and data teams.

Provide program and event logistics, support grants management and internal systems, maintain records and data, coordinate invoices/contracts and participant communications, assist with Talent Development and Network initiatives, and support process improvements and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth execution of departmental priorities.
