Own and grow defense sales for maritime perception software: build pipeline with primes, USV builders, and government customers; qualify opportunities; lead demos, proposals, pricing, and negotiations; represent the company at events and exercises; inform product roadmap.

Design, train, and deploy custom deep learning models for radar and camera (EO/IR) semantic segmentation, detection, and temporal tracking. Manage dataset design, collection, synthetic augmentation, and ML-Ops pipelines. Optimize models for resource-constrained edge hardware and collaborate with fusion/autonomy engineers for integration into multi-target tracking and SLAM systems.

Lead technical vision and architecture for cross-platform, high-performance software supporting AI/ML and sensor fusion. Design and implement C++ applications, own core libraries, set engineering standards, mentor engineers, oversee code quality, collaborate with product, data science, and hardware teams, and estimate and deliver major projects.

Deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot Tocaro Blue’s AI perception systems (ProteusCore and ApolloCore) on maritime platforms and USVs. Perform mechanical, electrical, networking, and software installation, run dockside and sea trials, analyze mission performance, train and support operators, and document deployment procedures to improve system reliability.
