Responsibilities include automation implementation, process optimization, root cause analysis, corrective actions, documentation, new product introduction support, continuous improvement, production data analysis, equipment qualification, troubleshooting, safety and quality compliance, and training production staff.

Designs, develops, integrates, and maintains system-level test strategies, software, fixtures, loadboxes, cables, and test bays for autonomous trucking manufacturing. Performs verification and validation, debugs test systems, supports root-cause analysis, improves product quality, yield, throughput, and test time, and coordinates multiple project activities. The role requires engineering knowledge, electronics testing experience, programming skills in C and C#, circuit and measurement systems understanding, and familiarity with automotive communication technologies.
