Lead component sourcing from concept through SOP for complex, innovative automotive products. Manage supplier selection, RFQs, BOM cost control, change management, risk mitigation, and handover to plant purchasing. Drive design-to-cost, post-SOP cost optimization, and translate BA product roadmap into component strategies while collaborating with categories, SQM, and engineering.

Support introduction of new automotive electronic products from development through SOP and ramp-up. Ensure manufacturing readiness, process validation, cost and quality control, DFM improvements, new line installation, supplier revalidation, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordination to meet timing, quality, and financial targets.

Lead technical relationship between OEM and engineering for Electronic Brake Systems, ensuring alignment and delivery of customer requirements and quality execution.

Design, develop, and program automated assembly and test equipment for high-speed production lines. Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and assure proper function of production/test systems. Produce and maintain specifications, train maintenance and production staff, support continuous improvement (CIS, Kaizen, Safety), and implement cost-reduction process improvements.

Develop and execute PR and communications strategies for North America; manage media relations and press materials; measure and analyze communication effectiveness; support executive communications, speeches and presentations; and assist with industry and technology events.

Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned customer accounts as primary customer liaison: develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks; coordinate engineering, operations, and QA; track KPIs, report status, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead GM account growth by identifying and winning new business, managing customer relationships, supporting RFIs/RFQs and negotiations, coordinating cross-functional teams for competitive solutions, handling pricing/forecasting, and representing the company at customer meetings and industry events.

Support sales operations through contracts and price tracking, SAP price updates, change request templating, file organization, reporting (actual vs contracted volumes), automation support, customer presentation structuring, tooling documentation, sample planning, and special projects.

Manage supplier quality to prevent defects, enforce IATF/VDA standards, run supplier audits, track KPI performance, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support new product launches and continuous improvement in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.

Design, optimize, and document electronics manufacturing and assembly processes. Implement automation and equipment, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support new product introductions and DFM, lead continuous improvement projects, train production staff, analyze production metrics, and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
